Flick'r

Well, let's just say my experience with Flick'r was mixed. There sure are a lot of great pictures out there. Lotsa bad ones too. Sorting through them was, ummm, challenging. If someone wants to post every @$%^& picture they took at an event and tag them the same way you have to plow through all of them to get to someone else's pics. I'll rant about the stupidity of folksonomies later.

It was great having access to all of those pictures of libraries though.

I spent a great deal of time trying to get Flick'r and Blogger to talk to each other. In the end it just seemed easier to upload a picture from a file. If I was going to blog on a regular basis I might try again. But for now, enjoy the one picture!
